SILVER PARTNER

Kia ora, I’m Anna Mowat, a child and whānau wellbeing specialist, writer and resource designer based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Through my organisations: Real Collective and Real Parents, I work alongside organisations, schools and communities to translate wellbeing ideas into practical programmes, resources and tools that support parents, practitioners and tamariki.

I’ve contributed to a number of national initiatives including Sparklers, Tākai, Mitey, STOP Services, Manahau and News2Me (TVNZ). My work spans concept development, co-design, writing and programme development across education, parenting and community wellbeing.

I’m currently working alongside Wiremu Gray through Te Whare Mauri Ora, supporting kaupapa Māori approaches to whole-school and community wellbeing. I’ve also co-designed and developed the parenting programme for regional prisons, supporting incarcerated parents to maintain or strengthen connection with their children.

With a background in psychology and English, I bring together research-informed practice, creative design and real-world insight to develop initiatives that support connection, emotional wellbeing and resilience across whānau and school communities.

BRONZE PARTNERS

The Kindness Workshop, founded by Christina Baird in early 2024, aims to cultivate a movement of kindness that transforms workplaces. Our goal is to create work environments where individuals feel supported to show up as themselves and delight in their work. By cultivating a culture of kindness, we can create thriving workplaces with a foundation of collaboration, respect, and genuine connection, improving the impact for clients, staff and the organisation.

At The Kindness Workshop, we turn psychological principles into actionable skills, attitudes, and daily habits that empower individuals and organisations to cultivate kindness. We believe kindness is essential for making a meaningful and sustainable impact.  Our services include leadership development coaching, in-person workshops, and therapy for those experiencing burnout. By fostering a culture of care, we enhance resilience and improve outcomes for both individuals and organisations. Join us in building the kind of workplaces needed today, where kindness drives impact and everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
