About the session:

Is building team resilience intentional or accidental?

Team resilience is the collective capacity of a team to absorb strain, cope with adversity, and then adapt, recover and maintain or improve performance in the face of challenges or disruptions.

It is not the sum of each individual team member's resilience, it is the dynamic of collective psychosocial processes, the spaces between team members, shared resources, and behaviours at the team-level that enable them to support each other and stay effective under pressure.

What does it look like in practice?

How can teams build it?

Join this highly interactive session where Helen shares a real case study on the topic. We’ll hear about the team, their struggles, their wins, and the importance of team resilience in their survival.
