NZAPP Networking online event February - Looking ahead with Purpose - Cultivating Wellbeing for 2026

Kick off 2026 with our first networking event of the year! Join us for a lively and thought-provoking evening of connection and conversation with fellow NZAPP members and guests.

In Aotearoa New Zealand, February often marks a settling into the year ahead. As the festive and holiday season ends for many and routines re-emerge, there is space to pause and reflect, regardless of how or whether this time of year is acknowledged. Drawing on Positive Psychology tools and perspectives allows us to approach the upcoming year with greater depth and intention than traditional New Year’s resolutions do, and we welcome you to join us as we collectively consider the year to come, whatever that may bring.

In this virtual networking session, we invite you to bring your own lens - shaped by culture, family/whānau, tradition, and lived experience. What the start of the year (at this time in the Gregorian Calendar, but different times for others) represents can vary greatly across individuals, cultures, and locations, and it is this diversity that enriches our collective understanding.

Together, we’ll explore how to honour moments of joy, tend to challenges, and intentionally cultivate balance as the year unfolds. The session will include light structure, breakout conversations, and plenty of space to connect, share, and be inspired. Whether you’re new to NZAPP or a long-standing member, you are warmly welcome.
