About the session:

Join us for NZAPP’s very first evening learning session – Wednesday, September 10th at 7pm NZT!

We all know we need rest to perform at our best – yet in many workplaces, that common sense gets lost in the rush of deadlines, burnout, and “tick-box” wellbeing initiatives. In this inspiring and practical session, coaching psychologist Clare Martin will introduce the REST & RISE™ model – a whole-organisation approach that goes beyond coffee breaks and yoga classes.

You’ll discover how REST & RISE provide practical, evidence-based steps to embed sustainable wellbeing habits, win leadership buy-in, and measure meaningful outcomes. Clare will share the research behind the model, real-world applications across organisations, and tips you can use immediately in your own practice or workplace.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the founder of the Wellbeing Ambassador Programme™ and author of Wellbeing Ambassadors – and to be part of our first-ever NZAPP evening learning event.
