Wellbeing Insights

The CEO and Founder of Langley Group, Sue travels the globe, engaging people from all walks of life with her passion for learning. Her ability to energise people for change, establish resilience and wellbeing in others, and inspire leaders to be the best they can be, makes her one of the most sought-after and dynamic speakers in her field.
In this session, we will explore new research which has surmised that our wellbeing is influenced by the language we use and how ‘literate’ we are about wellbeing topics. Together, we will explore what this research means for us.

Sue believes that the practical application of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology research inspires people to get the best from themselves and their peers and teams.

Top global organisations seek her expertise to help build positive workplace cultures, emotionally intelligent leaders and high performing teams. Increasing engagement, improving leadership and developing agility are just some of the business outcomes organisations experience.

One of Sue’s most impactful achievements has been the creation of the world’s first accredited Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing (10653NAT) in Australia, generating positive and life-changing experiences for hundreds of people.

Sue is a Master Trainer for the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso EI Test (MSCEIT) and the Strengths Profile and holds (among many qualifications) a Master’s Degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University.

Sue lives in Australia with her husband David and two cats, and when not inspiring others to be their best, she can be found running on the beach in the beautiful early hours of the morning.
